We distinguish the cause of the color change
We check whether the skin color has been long-standing or followed friction or inflammation. If a skin condition is present, treating the cause comes first.

Women's Aesthetic Care
We look for an approach suited to vulvar skin pigmentation concerns and your skin condition.
At a vulvar or labia majora lightening consultation in Sasang, Busan, please explain where and when the color changed and whether there is itching or irritation.

Vulvar lightening consultation reviews darkened areas and their causes, then considers ways to improve skin color. Normal differences in skin color should be distinguished from changes caused by inflammation or irritation.
We check whether the skin color has been long-standing or followed friction or inflammation. If a skin condition is present, treating the cause comes first.
We confirm the extent of outer skin being considered for treatment. We do not present this as applying the same method to the entire vulva or to vaginal mucosa.
Method, intensity, and number of sessions vary with skin condition and response. We review the possibility of burns, worsening pigmentation, and scarring, and monitor progress.
We review methods aimed at improving pigmentation that bothers you. We do not promise a uniform color or complete whitening.
If there is itching, cracking, or sores, we prioritize evaluating the cause over whitening. Darker skin color alone is not a disease.

Darker color alone does not mean the skin is unhealthy. If you are considering a brightening procedure, tell us when and which areas changed, and have an examination first to check for irritation or a skin condition.
You can hear an explanation during your visit, review what you need to know, and then decide.
Please tell us whether this color has been present for a long time or is a new change. If only a specific area looks different, we will also note the location.
If the area is itchy, cracked, or a wound does not heal, it is important to have the cause evaluated first rather than a pigment procedure.
Please tell us about any brightening products, cleansers, laser or injection procedures you have used, and how you responded afterward.
You will be told which method is used, which skin it is applied to, the range of change that may be expected, and the evidence behind it.
Rather than fixing the number of sessions first, we assess the skin and its response. Please also discuss method-specific risks such as irritation, burns, pigment changes, and scarring, as well as the option not to proceed.
Do not apply ordinary brightening products or irritating substances to the vulva or inside the vagina on your own. If you already have, please tell the clinician the product name and your symptoms.
Pigment and tissue sagging are separate issues. We do not assume one method will produce both changes, and we review each goal on its own.
The labia majora are part of the vulva. Labia majora lightening refers to concerns about skin color in that area, while vulvar lightening may refer to a broader area. The names alone do not mean the same procedure; the actual area, skin condition and method need to be checked.
Please tell us what is bothering you and your previous examination and treatment history. Together we will confirm the care you need.
