Vaginal filler / Vaginal laser
This procedure injects material into the vaginal wall, aiming for a change in volume.
At a vaginal filler consultation in Sasang, Busan, review your desired changes, previous injection procedures and the actual material to be used.

The numbers identify anatomical structures, not treatment sites.
Vaginal filler is a method that injects material into vaginal tissue with the goal of changing volume. It works differently from vaginoplasty, which excises tissue and sutures it, and the plan varies with the actual material and injection site.
Material is injected into tissue with the aim of changing tissue volume.
This conceptual diagram explains the mechanism. It does not show the actual treatment site, extent, or product shape.
We identify the cause of the sense of vaginal laxity and review the product’s ingredients and its approved uses in Korea. Prior injection history is also factored into the plan.
The product is injected after choosing the appropriate layer, site, and amount. Not every filler is suitable for the vaginal area or produces the same response.
After swelling settles, we check volume and discomfort. Lumps, asymmetry, infection, and difficulty removing the material are also considered.
The goal is a volume change in the treated area. This is a different approach from surgery that sutures muscle.
A change in vaginal-wall volume does not automatically improve sensation or sexual satisfaction. How the result is maintained and whether further treatment is needed depend on the material and your progress after treatment.

Vaginal filler is a procedure described as injecting material into vaginal tissue. Ingredients and intended uses can differ by product, so start by confirming which material is used and where. Appearance, a sense of looseness, and sexual function cannot be explained as the same result.
Official product information, the scope of approval in South Korea, and the products used at the clinic are confirmed during the visit. General information from overseas organizations does not replace this.
You will be given the product name, ingredients, and the approved indication in Korea. Experience with use in other body areas does not guarantee safety in the vagina.
If you have had filler or another material injected before, please tell us when, where, and which product. If you are unsure, check your records and bring them.
We first examine the cause of your current discomfort, and also consider care and treatment other than injection, including the option not to have a procedure.
Pain, swelling, bruising, infection, and other issues can occur. We confirm where to call and seek care if symptoms worsen.
Lumps, a foreign-body sensation, asymmetry, and other discomfort can occur, and removal may be difficult depending on the material. Please discuss the possibility and limits of further treatment.
Do not decide based only on wording that promises better sexual function or permanent improvement. You need an explanation of the evidence for that area, expected changes, and risks.
Beyond the procedure name, confirm the actual product to be used, its ingredients, and the approved scope of use. Even if names sound the same, ask separately about the materials used and the planned application.
Injection procedures can also cause pain, swelling, infection, lumps or a foreign-body sensation. Removal may be difficult depending on the material. Check the product, ingredients, approved uses in Korea, evidence for the treatment site and other options.
Please tell us what is bothering you and your previous examination and treatment history. Together we will confirm the care you need.
